Our clients typically involve us at an early stage, to assist in the structuring and pre-transaction preparations alongside their tax and financial advisors. Aside from completing the legal due diligence and negotiating the share purchase agreement (SPA), we also provide continuous legal support and advice on any related topics, such as financing terms, employee matters etc.
